Please deliver till 05.09 your new electronic photograph. You can bring it personally to our office on CD or send by e-mail to the following addresses: engdiv@am.wroc.pl or ed@dwl.am.wroc.pl
I. The photograph should be as follow:
1. Picture must be in color,
2. Picture presents the person without head cover and dark glasses,
3. The head should be shown from the left half-profile with left ear visible, with the whole face in light.
4. The person on the picture cannot be dressed in the same colour as the background,
5. Background should be of one color, it cannot be white,
6. No other objects on the picture may be visible,
7. Figure on the picture may be connected only with the low edge of the photograph
II. Person with eyes disability may deliver photography with dark glasses, BUT:
must deliver certificate of disability.
III. Person wearing head cover due to her/his religion may deliver photograph with the head cover, BUT:
must deliver certificate of belonging to specific religion community.
IV. Picture must be :
- in size of 300 x 375 pixels,
- in JPG format,
- resolution - not less than 300 dpi,
- max size of file with picture - 60 kb

Dear Students,
We kindly inform that students who haven't brought completed examination cards from previous semesters to English Divsion Office will not get any transcript of records and confirmations that they are accepted to next academic year.
We would like to inform you that 15th of September is the last day to:
bring completed examination cards from previous semesters (only examination card from summer semester can be brought till 30th of September),
bring previous apprenticeship papers with confirmation that you've done the practice,
bring signed agreement for studies
pay outstanding tuition fees (confirmation please send by e-mail or bring to our office)
Students who won't bring all necessary documents will not be enrolled for academic year 2010/2011!
We remind also that to be enrolled for academic year 2010/2011 you should till 30th of September:
bring completed examination cards from summer semester 2009/2010
bring apprenticeship paper which you got after academic year 2009/2010
pay tution fee for academic year 2010/2011 (confirmation please send by e-mail or bring to our office)
If you want to spread tuition fee into instalments for academic year 2010/2011 you should write a request to Dean with explanation. We remind also that this kind of request you should write each academic year, not only at the beginning of studies.
You can also write a request to extend a payment of tuition fee but remember that the extantion can't be longer than 3 months.
ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS WHO WANT TO GET ROOM IN "JUBILATKA" FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2010/2011 SHOULD CONTACT DIRECTLY WITH STUDENT'S HOUSE . E-MAIL WHERE YOU CAN GET INFORMATION ABOUT ROOM: kluza@adm.am.wroc.pl PLEASE DO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO POLAND IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU TO ESTABLISH A BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE FOR ROOM IN ACADEMIC YOU HAVE TO PAY IN ZŁOTY. YOU WILL GET YOUR INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER INTO WHICH YOU SHOULD TRANSFER MONEY.
